Small Biz Connect
This program is a quality, personalised and highly subsidised business advisory program for small businesses in New South Wales (NSW).
Through the program, applicants will:
- Get expert advice on managing their small business.
- Access face-to-face support.
- Develop key business skills.
Small Biz Connect is funded by the NSW government and will link with other business support services such as the Commonwealth government's
, as well as initiatives of local government and private enterprise.
As announced in the 2015-16 NSW Budget, the government will continue to provide a total of $14 million to invest and support the future of small businesses in New South Wales, including the Small Biz Connect program.
This program, which ends in 2016, will be replaced by Business Connect. The new program will build on the success of the SBC program delivering local business advisory services, delivering increased value and an enhanced user experience to small businesses and improve operational and contractual arrangements, to create an agile and flexible service model.
